I usually travel to London at least two or three times every year. London has so much on show. You can head there for shopping, sight seeing, art, music and History. Theres plenty of places to go shopping in London. Regent Street and Oxford Street off all the high retail brands and many other shops which I can’t usually find in back home in Norwich. When shopping down Regent or Oxford Street I normally head to the Ice Bar to take a break. The Ice Bar is a pretty awesome place to stop off for a break. Inside its -5 which means you only spend 45 minutes in the bar. In that forty five minutes its easy drink a few cocktails which are served in glasses made out of ice. Covent Garden is only a short trip on the underground and also offers all the shops which Regent and Oxford Street offer but I find it is a lot less busy. The Punch and Judy bar is a good place to stop off. With a terrace overlooking Covert Garden, its a nice place to kick back with a drink and watch the world go by. If you fancy something slightly different and unique then Camden Market is the place to go. A maze of continental food markets, vintage shops and herbal stores. There”s something for everyone to do and its easy to get lost in the maze of little walk ways. Camden Market is hipster central and full of vintage stores and cool hipster bars to chill out in. If your feeling really touristy there is always all the historic and iconic sights London has to offer. From Buckingham Palace to Big Ben, London is full of history. London can be a busy and loud place with all the hustle and bustle of the several million people commuting around the city, so Hyde Park is a brilliant way of getting a little peace and quite in the city. During the summer its an ideal place to have a picnic and watch the world go by. London has a massive music sense. Either with a sell out concert at one of the big stadiums or an up and coming band playing in a small bar in Camden, there always seems to be some music on offer and its something you cant avoid. All different type of music can be heard on the streets and bars of London. The London underground is the easiest way through and around London. There is so much to see and do and its easy to get lost in the urban jungle. For this London has to be my favourite city to visit.
